XTC Power Products presents the XTC Polaris RZR Turbo S/XP Plug & Play 6 Switch Power Control System, a revolutionary product that makes powering multiple accessories in your Polaris RZR Turbo S easier than ever before. Designed with the installer in mind, our Power Control System is a game-changer in UTV wiring.
The PCS includes 1 x 30 amp and 3 x 20 amp high current circuits on relays with Diode protection. This unique design reduces voltage spikes and protects sensitive accessories like LED lights from field collapse. We also provide 2 x 10 amp direct wire circuits for low power accessories like rock lights or whip lights. To ensure the safety of your circuits, a fuse block with an eight gauge power cable and fuses is included.
One standout feature of our Power Control System is the barrier strip, a favorite among pro wiring installers. With different colored wires corresponding to the fuse box and switches harness wires, adding new connections and troubleshooting becomes a breeze. Each screw point on the barrier strip is clearly marked, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.
The Turbo S Switch System Power Harness Configuration is specifically designed for the Polaris RZR Turbo S. The PCS-64-TSX switch harness includes 4 rocker switches that mount in the center dash and 2 additional switches that mount left of the steering wheel. These rocker switches can also be installed in a custom configuration, giving you full control over your accessory setup. A Molex connector connects the switch harness to the main Power Control System.
Our Turbo S Switch System features a modular power connector at the fuse box with +/- ring terminals that connect to ignition power. The lower LED on the switches illuminates when the ignition key is turned on, while the upper light comes on when the rocker switch is pressed. Even without the vehicle's ignition power on, our wiring system will still work seamlessly.
For your convenience, the PCS-64-TSX comes with 6 incandescent lit Carling V-Series Rocker Switches. However, if you prefer LED lit custom rocker switches, they are available for purchase separately.
