The Agency Power Polaris RZR XP Turbo Front and Rear Big Brake Kit (Black) is a must-have modification for RZR owners who want superior braking performance. Designed and manufactured by the leading UTV product manufacturer, this brake kit is a direct bolt-on that provides a balanced brake system and enhances the aesthetics of your vehicle.
All brake components in this kit are made in the USA in collaboration with a top performance brake manufacturer. The kit is specifically designed for the Polaris RZR, taking into account its unique characteristics and the challenges of off-road use. Compared to typical automotive designs, which do not deliver improved braking performance due to the RZR's rear engine and off-road suspension, the Agency Power calipers offer a significant advantage. The 2-piece construction of the calipers eliminates the need for additional brackets and spacers, providing an extremely rigid design. Each caliper half is assembled with 4 10mm cross bolts for maximum stiffness, eliminating caliper flex and potential pad knock back. To compensate for pad knock back, the calipers feature internal springs.
The calipers are well-designed with custom machined piston sizing, offering an overall surface area comparable to many 6-piston vehicle brakes. This ensures a balanced braking performance and better control of the vehicle during hard braking. The calipers also feature hard anodized aluminum pistons that are lightweight and assist in clamping force. They are equipped with dust and weather seals, ensuring durability in harsh off-road conditions. To make maintenance easier, the calipers have a single side bleeder screw and internal crossover to evenly distribute brake fluid pressure.
The brake pads included in the kit are chosen for optimal performance and balance, with minimal noise. The superior 12-inch cast iron brake rotors dissipate heat better than steel rotors, preventing fluid boil and pedal inconsistencies. The rotors are vented, slotted, and cross-drilled for efficient cooling and increased torque and leverage. They are designed to fit the factory wheel hub.
Please note that the Agency Power Big Brake Kit requires a minimum 15-inch diameter wheel and may require spacers depending on the wheel offset. The kit includes a complete set of front and rear 2-inch aluminum bolt-on spacers for easy installation. The calipers and rotors are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects.
