Unlike other switch systems on the market, the Power Control System is designed with the installer in mind. It features a vehicle-specific power connector and rocker switch harness that fits perfectly into the factory pre-cut rocker switch positions. This makes installation hassle-free and ensures a clean and professional look.
The PCS-72S-MAV includes a combination of high current circuits and direct wire circuits. It has 1 x 30 amp and 1 x 20 amp high current circuits on relays with diode protection, reducing voltage spikes and protecting LED lights and other sensitive accessories. It also provides 3 x 10 amp direct wire circuits for low-power accessories like rock lights or whip lights. Additionally, it features a dedicated Strobe Light System with 2 channels on a 10 amp fuse.
The Power Control System comes with a barrier strip, which is often used by pro wiring installers in off-road vehicle builds. It allows for easy new connections and troubleshooting down the road. Each screw point on the barrier strip has a different colored wire that corresponds with the fuse box and the switches harness wires, making it easy to identify and connect the right wires.
The PCS-72S-MAV switch harness is designed specifically for the Can-Am Maverick X3 and features multiple rocker switch positions that mount in various locations such as the center console, center dash, and next to the steering wheel. Additionally, the system includes a black mountable switch for cycling through the 7 different flashing patterns of the Strobe System.
The modular power connector at the fuse box connects to ignition power, ensuring that the system only operates when the ignition key is turned on. However, it can also work without the vehicle's ignition power on. The system includes 5 incandescent lit Carling V-Series Rocker Switches with red lenses and 1 Strobe Lights LED Lit Rocker Switch.
