The XTC Polaris RZR XP Plug & Play 6 Switch Power Control System is a game-changer in UTV wiring. With this power control system, powering multiple accessories on your Polaris RZR XP 1000 or Turbo has never been easier. Unlike other switch systems on the market, the Power Control System is designed with the installer in mind, providing a seamless and hassle-free installation process.
One of the key features of the PCS is its power delivery. It includes one 30 amp and three 20 amp high current circuits on relays with diode protection. This design reduces voltage spikes, protecting your LED lights and other sensitive accessories. Additionally, there are two 10 amp direct wire circuits provided for low power accessories. The system also includes a fuse block that protects the circuits and comes with an eight gauge power cable and fuses.
The Power Control System is equipped with a barrier strip, a favorite among professional wiring installers. This strip allows for easy installation and troubleshooting, with each screw point having a different colored wire that corresponds with the fuse box and switches harness wires. This enhances the overall aesthetics of your UTV and simplifies future modifications.
The switch power harness configurations of the PCS-64 are specifically designed for the Polaris RZR XP series. The system includes three rocker switches that mount in the center dash, one switch mounted to the right of the steering wheel, and two switches mounted to the left of the steering wheel. However, you have the flexibility to install the rocker switches in any custom way you prefer. A Molex connector links the switch harness to the main Power Control System, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.
The PCS-64 also features a modular power connection at the fuse box, with +/- ring terminals that connect to ignition power. The lower LED on the custom rocker switches will only illuminate when the ignition key is turned on, while the upper light only comes on when the rocker switch is pressed. This customizable lighting system adds a touch of style and functionality to your UTV.
Please note that the PCS-64 comes with incandescent lit Carling V-Series Rocker Switches with a red lens. If you prefer LED lit custom rocker switches, they are available separately.
