One of the main issues faced by racers is voltage problems. The OEM stator is unable to meet the demands of multiple electrical components such as lights, stereos, pumpers, fans, comms, nav, power steering, and ignition. This often leads to low voltage limp modes, preventing racers from running all of their electronic components during a race.

The ZRP alternator kit solves this problem by adding an additional 75AMPS of power while still utilizing your factory stator output. This bolt-on kit requires you to swap your existing stator over to the billet housing provided. With this kit, you can be confident that your electrical components will receive the power they need, even as they heat up.

The kit includes a billet magneto cover, a 75 amps @ 12.6V alternator, billet mounting brackets, billet pulleys, billet belt cover, an externally serviceable bearing pack, a 17-4 stainless driveshaft, a 17-4 stainless crank bolt, ARP mounting bolts, a Gates pulley belt, and a mag cover gasket. Everything you need to upgrade your Polaris RZR and ensure optimal performance.

Please note that you will need to re-use the following components: crank position sensor, magneto, and bolts. The ZRP alternator kit is designed to fit Polaris RZR 1000 2016+ models, as well as Polaris Turbo, Turbo S, and Pro XP.
