AJK Offroad have designed out Polaris Xpedition Headache Rack to utilize the most storage from your Xpedition.  AJK Offroad Headache rack mounts on bed rails and is slightly lower than your roof.  With the Headache rack you are able to store more items for your long weekend getaways.  AJK Offroad have incorporated some moly panel holes along with holes for rotopax mount. This is a very rigid 3 piece design CNC Laser cut from .125 thick aluminum and then powder coated a mild textured black.
