The Assault Industries RZR Adventure Spare Tire Rack is a utilitarian and versatile product that has been completely redesigned to provide enhanced functionality and convenience. This spare tire rack is ideal for Polaris RZR XP 1000, Turbo, and Turbo S UTVs.
The main platform of the rack is wider and features dimpled and slotted utility plates, creating a flat surface for storage on the top or bottom. It also offers increased stability with the addition of two hinge pivots for better adjustability. The new shorter EZ lift gas shocks and latch strikers provide multiple mounting options, while the latch brackets directly mount to the rear cage bolts, ensuring no contact with the vehicle's body. This design not only offers improved bed clearance but also provides a cleaner overall appearance when installed.
The EZ-Lift gas shocks have been upgraded to be shorter and stronger, making it easier for users to reach the rack when lowering it back into the locked position. The rack features a 3 point "Y" strap that can securely hold up to a 32-inch tire. In addition to tires, these straps can also be used to hold other items in place.
Constructed from high-grade 1018 steel, this rack system is extremely durable and rigid. It is finished with a durable semi-gloss powder-coated black finish, adding to its overall strength. With its highly adjustable design, the RZR Adventure Spare Tire Rack fits both OEM and some aftermarket cages, providing a perfect fit for your vehicle.
Installation of the rack is quick and easy, and the package includes all the necessary hardware, including gas EZ-Lift shocks, EZ latches, and the "Y" strap.
