Segway Super Villain SX20T Sells Out Initial Allocation in Two Weeks, Signaling Strong Demand for High-Performance UTV Platform
Demand Surges for Segway Super Villain as Initial Inventory Sells Out
Plano, TX – March 24, 2026 – Segway Powersports announced that following the opening of pre-orders for the Segway Super Villain sport side-by-side the first week of March, the brand’s entire initial inventory allocation had been fully claimed in just two weeks, signaling strong demand from the market.
The Segway Super Villain SX20T represents a new era of performance for the brand, combining race-inspired engineering with advanced powertrain technology. Delivering an industry-leading 235 horsepower, the Super Villain features a 2.0T GDi engine paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission, creating a driving experience designed to push the limits of off-road performance.
“The Super Villain represents years of development, testing, and collaboration with our dealers and partners,” said JJ Pecsok, National Sales Director of Segway Powersports. “We could have rushed this product to market, but we chose to take the time to refine the quality, tuning, and overall experience to make sure it delivered on the expectations of a true high-performance side-by-side. Seeing the response from dealers and customers, and having the first wave of inventory spoken for so quickly, validates the work our entire team has put into this program.”
The Segway Super Villain SX20T is priced at $33,999 MSRP and will be offered in two color options: White/Red and Black/Black.

According to Gabriel Cruz, Marketing Director for Segway Powersports, the development process behind the vehicle involved extensive collaboration with industry partners and feedback from the off-road community. "The development of the Super Villain has been a long and deliberate process designed around listening to the market,” Cruz said. “Our team has been gathering feedback from trusted brand partners, dealers, drivers, and customers to understand exactly what the market demands from a next-generation performance side-by-side. That input helped guide everything from performance to features and overall design, ensuring the Super Villain delivers an experience that reflects the expectations of the off-road community.”
Segway Powersports also validated the Super Villain platform through real-world performance testing and desert racing environments, using competition and industry events to showcase the vehicle’s capabilities. “From the beginning, our vision for the Super Villain was to build a platform that could prove itself in the same environments our customers ride in,” Cruz added. “Through collaborations with trusted brand partners and the Segway Factory Racing program, we’ve been able to push the vehicle through real-world stress testing in some of the most demanding environments. Those moments not only validated the performance of the
Super Villain but also helped introduce the vehicle to the broader off-road community in an authentic way.”
Super Villain models have already begun shipping to dealerships and will continue arriving through early April. Segway Powersports is ramping up production to meet continued demand, with additional inventory expected to become more widely available throughout Q2 2026. Dealers can begin placing pre-orders now to secure preferential allocation as additional units become available. Interested dealers are encouraged to contact their Segway Powersports District Sales Manager to reserve upcoming Super Villain inventory.
