CT Race Worx Can-Am Maverick R Pro Desert Chromoly Lower A-Arms | UTVSource.com
The CT Race Worx Can-Am Maverick R Pro Desert Chromoly Lower A-Arms represent the pinnacle of desert racing suspension, standing as one of the two strongest A-arm sets available for the Maverick R. Engineered specifically for high-speed desert, dune, and short-course applications, these arms prioritize weight savings and extreme structural integrity. By utilizing a specialized geometry that optimizes the high-stress area between the spindle and shock mount, CT Race Worx achieved a design that is 8 lbs lighter per arm than the Pro Rock series while remaining remarkably robust. Drawing on over a decade of championship-winning experience, these arms incorporate every lesson learned from the most abusive racing environments on earth.
The construction is second to none, featuring 100% 4130 chromoly tubing that is 100% TIG welded for maximum joint strength. A true industry first, these arms feature a patent-pending bolt-on double shear spindle mount that utilizes 7/8-inch FK uniballs and massive 14mm hardware, significantly outperforming the factory 12mm ball joint studs. For obstacle management, the arms include a ramped, double-layered front bash face to slide over debris and a 1.5-inch increase in ground clearance over stock. To ensure smooth suspension cycles, the pivot points use O-ring sealed bushings with 17-4 heat-treated stainless steel pins and caps, providing unrestricted movement and unmatched wear resistance.
FEATURES
- Bringing unmatched strength to the spindle mounting, these feature a patent pending bolt on double shear spindle mount to the stock spindles with 7/8" FK uniballs
- 14mm mounting hardware to the spindle vs the stock 12mm stud on the stock balljoints
- With strength being the primary focus these arms have 1.5" increase of clearance over stock while allowing clearance for larger aftermarket axles
- 100% 4130 chromoly construction and 100% tig welded
- O ring sealed a arm bushings using the same ultra durable bushing material we've used for years on the X3, with 17-4 heat treated stainless steel pins and caps for unrestricted movement and resistance through the travel
- Ramped, double layered front bash face to help slide over obstacles
- Rerouted brake lines for protection
- Recessed front sway bar mounting point to protect hardware, double shear brackets for stronger mounting. We are using a mounting width of 1.412" wide and this is the same width as an X3 radius rod
