The CT Race Worx Can-Am Maverick X3 64" Upper and Middle Radius Rods are designed to complete the ultimate high-strength rear suspension setup for owners already running or looking to add CT Race Worx Billet Proof Lower Radius Rods. While factory components often lack the rigidity required for aggressive off-roading, this all-inclusive kit provides the structural fortification needed for precise handling and long-term durability. Each upper rod and middle (toe) link is precision-machined from solid 1-1/8 inch 7075-T6 aluminum, an aerospace-grade alloy that offers nearly double the strength of standard 6061 and exceptional impact "memory" to resist permanent bending.
The engineering focus of this kit centers on industry-leading joint longevity and easy maintenance. CT Race Worx utilizes premium FK JMX series joints with fabric-based PTFE liners, which are proven to stay tight and last approximately three times longer than standard injected Teflon rod ends. The inner joint housing is expertly compressed to create a preload on the ball, maintaining a secure fit even under heavy stress. For maximum adjustability, the rods are designed to allow for full camber and toe changes while the vehicle is at ride height. Every set is finished with in-house machined 303 stainless steel misalignment spacers for a play-free fit and superior corrosion resistance.
