The DRT Motorsports UHD Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kit is built to deliver uncompromising strength, precision, and performance for your Polaris XPEDITION and Polaris Ranger XD 1500 Mid/Long Travel (72") platform.
CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum, these tie rods offer exceptional tensile strength and reduced weight compared to OEM components—ensuring durability without sacrificing handling or responsiveness. Engineered for maximum clearance throughout the suspension cycle, the DRT UHD tie rods maintain smooth steering control at full droop or compression. Whether you’re crawling over rugged terrain or pushing the limits in high-speed sections, this system provides unwavering stability and confidence behind the wheel.
This complete kit replaces the OEM inner tie rods while retaining use of the factory steering rack. Each assembly features premium 3-piece PTFE-lined 5/8” chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint that preserves the OEM bellows—protecting the steering rack from contaminants like water, sand, and dirt. Finished with a Mil-Spec black anodized coating and laser-etched DRT Motorsports branding, these tie rods embody both rugged function and refined design.
