Each radius rod is meticulously constructed from large 1.50 inch by 0.120 inch wall 4130 Chromoly tubing, utilizing 4130 weld-in tube ends and bungs for superior structural integrity.
The design prioritizes performance and features full adjustability, incorporating robust 7/8 inch rod ends on one side and fixed 7/8 inch spherical bearings on the opposing side of each rod. This high-quality setup allows the user to precisely fine-tune their alignment, optimizing handling and tire wear for their specific driving style and terrain. The complete kit includes all necessary hardware, such as the rod ends, jam nuts, spherical bearings, retainer clips, and AISI 303 Stainless Steel misalignment spacers, ensuring a direct and reliable bolt-on installation.
