HCR Racing Polaris Ranger High-Clearance Forward Offset Suspension Kit
HCR is proud to introduce our High-Clearance Suspension Kit with 2-inch lift and 2.5-inch forward offset for the Polaris Ranger. These A-arms are designed to get much-needed clearance for tires and give you the confidence to tackle all types of terrain. Both front and rear control arms give you an additional 2 inches of lift. The front A-arms include a 2.5-inch forward offset, giving you room to run up to 32-inch tires. We use our proprietary alloy that’s 30% stronger than 4130 chromoly to complement the lift and forward offset with unbreakable strength.

HCR Racing (About)
Who We Are
HCR's proprietary billet slot and tab design and catacomb boxed arms are built to withstand the vigorous beatings of off-road riding while achieving the optimal combination of strength and appeal. Every external weld is an internal plate structured into the design. All parts are Fiber laser cut and CNC bent for precise fit and finish. An intensive process is used during each design to simulate and refine the new geometry to match the characteristics of the stock suspension while increasing suspension travel. Critical measurements are verified, such as ball joint angle, CV joint angle, and clearance to surrounding parts to ensure no binding or interference. All products are hand tig welded by seasoned craftsmen. The quality fit and finish, ease of installation, and top shelf performance of these kits are what sets HCR Racing apart from the competition. No kits are released to the public without numerous hours of vigorous testing in the rocks, desert, and dunes for true dual sport application.
Materials
HCR Racing introduced a new proprietary material with the release of the Elite series suspension system. This unique custom alloy, created for the Elite series, produces unmatched strength while adding minimal weight. The custom alloy used in HCR's manufacturing process is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 series Chromoly. This custom material goes through several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. With hese higher tensile and yield strengths, HCR is able to product innovative designs without compromising strength and integrity by holding to HCR traditional internal box and ribbing methods.
Shocks
Feel confident in the demanding terrain with King HCR Race Series Shocks tuned by Bret King himself. The shocks provided with an HCR Complete suspension system are custom built to work specifically with the geometry of each kit. These custom HCR Series shocks are longer eye to eye and stroke, custom valved and sprung to achieve optimum performance without compromising motion ratio and minimizing shock fatigue. This allows for less compound leverage on the arm preventing further bottoming and damage to components. The KING HCR Series are true off-road shocks with larger internals than a competing UTV shock; providing minimal added weight without compromising performance. Backed by KING, HCR provides a 3 month tuning opportunity to meet with a KING Technician for a live testing session if a different valving option is preferred. Most custom shocks will be available in HCR Edition black and Silver at no extra charge.
Axles
HCR recently Partnered with RCV performance through the release of the YXZ Long Travel Kit. HCR has been working closely with RCV to provide the strongest axle options on the market, boasting twice the strength of a Factory axles. RCV Custom HCR Axle bars will be included and heavy duty assemblies will be available as an upgrade. RCV's Revolutionary axle shaft design provides the strength, smoothness, and reliability you need to power through the most demanding off road conditions. These new axles are included in the XP1000 Long Travel kit, Teryx Long Travel kit, Maverick XDS long Travel kit and XP900 Long Travel kit as well.
