L&W Fab Polaris RZR Pro R / Pro S / Pro XP Seat Lowering Base
Tall riders or those seeking a lower center of gravity often find the factory seating position in the Polaris RZR platform to be uncomfortably high. The L&W Fab Seat Lowering Base provides the perfect solution by dropping the seating position by approximately 2 inches. This heavy duty upgrade significantly improves headroom for taller occupants, especially those wearing helmets, while enhancing the driver's connection to the vehicle for a more planted and aggressive feel on the trail.
Manufactured for maximum durability and precision, all main components are laser cut from heavy gauge .187 inch steel and CNC bent for an exact fit, while the included shims are cut from .120 inch steel. The entire assembly is finished in a sleek black powder coat to prevent corrosion and wear. Engineered to bolt directly onto the existing factory sliders, this base retains full forward and backward adjustability while seamlessly accommodating the factory quick release seats. It even includes a dedicated attachment point for a 5-point harness fifth belt, ensuring operators can upgrade their safety restraints while enjoying a superior seating position.

L&W Fab and Machine, Inc. is family owned and operated. It was started in December of 1974 as a tool and die machine shop by Lonnie and Willa Mae Thompson. What started as a small machine shop in the basement of their home has grown into a well established fab and machine shop with over 22000 square foot with capabilities to do most all work in house. Since 2000, brothers Barry and Ricky Thompson have evolved a business that has had to adapt to the changing economy.
We specialize in Pre stressed concrete components including Forms, tools, and specialty devices. The brothers started playing with mud trucks in 2013. What started as a hobby, has grown into L&W Fab being known as one of the top mega truck shops in the southeast. Most of our products have been tested on personal trucks before put into production for sale.
Equipment in house: Cnc Lathe, cnc mill, robotic welders, stud shooters, cnc break press, shear, Laser, cnc plasma, iron workers, roller. We have also since, begun making sxs parts including, tie rods, a arms, radius rods, and more.
