Moose Offroad Polaris Ranger XP 1000 / Crew XP 1000 (2019-2025) Transaxle Bearing and Seal Kit
Moose Offroad Polaris Ranger XP 1000 / Crew XP 1000 (2019–2025) Transaxle Bearing and Seal Kit is a complete internal‑rebuild kit engineered to refresh the transaxle on XP 1000 and Crew XP 1000 Ranger models over that year range. It replaces the critical bearings and seals inside the rear‑mounted transaxle so you can restore smooth operation, reduce noise, and help prevent leaks and contamination during teardowns or preventive maintenance.
This Moose Offroad kit is designed specifically for the Polaris Ranger XP 1000 and Ranger Crew XP 1000 from 2019 through 2025, covering standard XP 1000, Crew XP 1000, and their EPS and Premium/Northstar‑series variants where the transaxle layout is shared. It bundles all bearings and seals needed for a full transaxle rebuild, so workshops and owners don’t have to source individual components when the driveline starts showing play, noise, or oil seepage.
Features
- Complete transaxle bearing and seal kit for Ranger XP 1000 and Crew XP 1000 (2019–2025 overlapping years).

Moose Offroad (About)
Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.
In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.
As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
