Moose Offroad Polaris RZR Pro XP (2020-2023) Radius Rod Plate
Moose Offroad Polaris RZR Pro XP (2020–2023) Radius Rod Plate is a reinforced rear suspension support plate designed to replace the thin OEM radius rod mounting plate on the Pro XP’s rear subframe. It’s a bolt‑on upgrade that stiffens the rear suspension mounting area, reduces flex, and helps keep the radius rods and rear axle more stable under hard cornering, jumps, and high‑speed trail use.
This Moose Offroad plate fits the rear suspension radius‑rod location on Polaris RZR Pro XP models from 2020 through 2023 (including Pro XP, Pro XP 4, and Pro‑series Turbo/Ultimate trims within that window). It’s built as a direct replacement for the stock stamped‑steel radius rod plate, using thicker material and tighter tolerances so it doesn’t bend or wallow when the radius rod and rear axle push against the frame during aggressive driving.
Features
- Stronger 5/8"‑thick billet or heavy‑gauge support plate that replaces the thin OEM radius rod plate.
- Reduces rear‑suspension flex and improves wheel‑control feel under hard cornering and big hits.
- Maintains factory bolt‑pattern geometry so radius rods mount exactly as designed, just with a stiffer anchor point.
- Often includes or aligns with license‑plate and tow‑hook mounting locations for integrated utility fitment.
- Black powder‑coated or machined‑finish aluminum for durability and corrosion resistance.
- Designed for simple bolt‑out / bolt‑in installation without cutting or drilling the rear subframe.

Moose Offroad (About)
Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.
In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.
As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
