Moose Offroad Yamaha Wolverine RMAX4 / RMAX2 1000 Plow Mount Plate for RM5 Rapid Mount Plow System
The Moose Offroad Yamaha Wolverine RMAX4 / RMAX2 1000 Plow Mount Plate turns the RMAX4 and RMAX2 1000 platforms into capable snow‑clearing and work‑site machines by providing a rugged, application‑specific base for the RM5 Rapid Mount Plow System. Machined and welded specifically for the Wolverine RMAX chassis, this steel plate integrates cleanly with the factory front structure to deliver a low‑profile, high‑strength mounting point for plow blades and push‑tube assemblies.
This front‑mount plate is fabricated from heavy‑gauge steel and coated in a durable black powder finish to resist corrosion from salt, ice, and road grime. Designed to bolt directly to the Yamaha Wolverine RMAX4 and RMAX2 1000 frames, it maintains ground clearance and steering geometry while creating a solid foundation for rapid plow attachment and removal. Compact in design, the plate keeps the plow low for better control and stability, making it ideal for driveways, fields, ranches, and light commercial use.

Moose Offroad (About)
Our story starts in the mid 1980’s in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. The question in those days was how to prepare for an ever changing ride but for a core group of offroad riders it was a question of how, and out of their passion came a small offering of hard parts that would put Moose Offroad on the map. What they didn’t know was their desire to make the ride unforgettable would turn into a worldwide force of the finest collection of parts and gear for them and their machine.
In the early 1990’s, visionary Wayne Cornelius came along with distribution giant Parts Unlimited. Wayne knew Moose Offroad was good but he had a desire to make it great. His method to reach that goal was to consult the services of 8-time National Enduro Champion Dick Burleson. Utilizing Burleson’s experience the goal was to design gear that was comfortable to ride in all day rather than a 20 minute moto. That concept was launched in 1994 at the ISDE in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where a team of World-class riders emblazoned in new gear they served notice that Moose Racing has arrived on the scene.
As the 90’s continued, Moose Racing became the go to for hard parts but gear was the avenue to get brand recognition as it performed better than anything else in the market. This strategy blanketed races from the deserts in the west to the steamy woods of the GNCC with Moose Racing gear. It hasn’t been all offroad however, Moose Racing has been a staple of motocross as well. Moose Offroad is proud of its support for racers and riders at all levels from the bright lights of Supercross to the 8am races in the GNCC. Today, Moose Offroad continues the vision and strives to stay ahead of the pack, thirty plus years of blood, sweat, and gears has only made us more passionate to push on and keep evolving.
