Introducing the first Full Front Replacement Bumper designed exclusively for the 2024+ Polaris Ranger 1000, engineered to deliver unmatched protection and a bold, modern look. This Ranch Armor bumper features a hybrid material design, combining a smooth front body plate with contoured tread plate along the top for a rugged yet sleek appearance. Stainless steel laser-cut mesh inserts come standard, offering both style and functionality while allowing seamless integration of factory Polaris LED fog lights or aftermarket lighting. Unlike basic bull bars, this full replacement bumper provides complete coverage, shielding the hood, headlights, and front end, extending down to the differential/front drivetrain with an integrated skid plate. Winch-ready for most brands (including factory Northstar and Texas Edition winches), it mounts neatly behind the bumper without modification while improving radiator airflow for better cooling. Built for durability, it’s constructed from 3/16" steel beams, 2" pipe, and 11-gauge laser-cut tread plate, precision-welded and CNC-press-broke for a flawless fit. Finished with a heavy-duty powder coat, this bumper is proudly made in Texas to withstand the toughest conditions—combining strength, functionality, and rugged elegance

Nick, the founder and president is a South Texas native with a love for the outdoors. Ranch Armor main focus in the manufacturing of UTV accessories is their longevity. Ranch Armor focus heavily on the quality and functionality of every product we produce.
Ranch Armor originally manufactured all of our products in Mexico. The products were good, but we desired more flexibility and wanted the marketplace to have a truly authentic American-made and Texas-born line of accessories available for UTVs and off-road machines.
Ranch Armor now manufacture our entire Texas Outdoors line of products right here in South Texas. All material is sourced in the U.S.A., from the steel used to construct our accessories all the way to the packaging materials we use for shipping.
