RPM Powersports Kawasaki Teryx H2 2.5" Dual Sport Full Exhaust System with Dual Sport Muffler and E-Valve
Engineered and rigorously tested in-house by RPM Powersports, this full H2 exhaust system delivers a perfect balance of increased performance, extreme durability, and a sportier exhaust note for riders who want more presence without sacrificing refinement. First, we directly addressed the factory exhaust’s biggest flaw — the extremely restrictive header that bottlenecks badly at the collector on the supercharged H2.
RPM's header starts with a precision laser-cut flange that is internally and externally TIG-welded for a perfectly smooth transitions into the primary tubes. The optimally tuned primary tubes hug the back of the engine to help reduce heat transfer into the cargo area. The primary tubes feed into RPM's unique 4-1 cyclonic collector, that helps to manage the high exhaust flow rates associated with a supercharged engine.
Spherical composite graphite gaskets create the perfect seal the header to the exhaust while maintaining uninterrupted exhaust flow. The system is secured with heavy-duty exhaust springs that allow the exhaust to flex and move naturally during extreme abuse or rough terrain. This prevents the cracks and leaks that rigid connections commonly develop.
The header connects to RPM's muffler mid pipe assembly that utilizes two of RPM proprietary RPM Dual Sport pass-through mufflers in series. This leads to a smooth split into dual exhaust tips that exit cleanly through the factory rear fascia for an aggressive, symmetrical look. The result is a slightly sportier and more pronounced exhaust note than RPM's Q-Series chambered muffler — delivering a few extra decibels of throaty character while still remaining trail-friendly and not obnoxiously loud.
Upgrade to RPM's famous RPM E-Valve setup for versatile on-demand sound control at the flip of a switch: quiet and civilized when you want it, bold and aggressive when you need it. Both configurations include dual O2 bungs — one for the factory sensor and one conveniently located M18 bung (the most common size for wideband sensors during dyno tuning and data logging). An O2 bung plug is included for when the M18 bung is not in use.
RPM's Dual Sport muffler setup is engineered specifically for the H2’s unique exhaust flow characteristics. The dual pass-through design provides excellent flow while producing a sportier, deeper tone with slightly more volume than the chambered Q-Series, all while supporting well into the 300+ HP range without restriction. This makes it an ideal choice for riders who want enhanced sound and presence on stock or heavily boosted builds.
Built with premium 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded throughout for maximum strength and reliability in the harshest conditions. Run the system plain for a clean, integrated appearance or add RPM custom tips to make your Teryx H2 stand out on the trail or dunes. Thoughtfully engineered by riders, for riders, this Dual Sport full exhaust system offers the ideal step up in sound and character while maintaining the same elite fit, finish, and performance DNA as our renowned Q-Series system.
Features
- Proven Performance: +26 HP (+12% increase) over stock when paired with an RPM Carbon Intake and 91 octane tune
- Optimally Tuned Header Design – optimally tuned primary tube lengths and diameter for maximum exhaust flow through RPM's cyclonic 4-1 collector, perfectly matched to the centrifugal supercharger’s elevated exhaust mass flow and 120–140 % VE
- Spherical Composite Graphite Gaskets – create a perfect seal without interrupting exhaust flow and eliminate metal-on-metal contact that causes leaks or fitment issues
- Heavy-Duty Exhaust Springs – allow the exhaust to flex and move naturally during extreme abuse or rough terrain, preventing cracks and leaks common with rigid connections
- Dual O2 Bungs – factory sensor location plus a conveniently placed M18 wideband bung, and RPM include the bung plug
- Dual Sport Muffler Configuration – two proprietary RPM pass-through mufflers deliver a sportier, slightly louder tone (a few dB more than the Q-Series) with strong flow for 300+ HP applications
- Clean Dual Exit Design – splits after the second muffler into dual tips exiting through the factory fascia for a bold, factory-inspired yet aggressive appearance
- Barbed CNC Isolator Pins – lock securely into the factory isolators and won’t pull out under hard hits or rough conditions
