The Rugged Radios Wired Single Seat Car Harness delivers reliable, race-proven communication performance for single-seat vehicles. Available in three configurations — XL, Short Course, and Special Length — each harness is built with high bend-test Total Shield cabling, blue Rugged 4-Conductor helmet jack, and molded Y block. Choose the ideal length and connection setup for your race or recreational vehicle — from extended XL reach to compact Special Length installs.

- Blue Rugged 4-Conductor helmet jack for use with Rugged wired helmet kits
- Tough, high bend test wiring with Total Shield RF blocking for maximum durability and signal clarity
- Universal 5-pin or hard-wired 2-pin radio connection options (depending on variant)
- Standard 3-pin push-to-talk jack compatible with Rugged car harness PTTs
- Available in three length configurations:
- XL: 9 ft to helmet, 3 ft PTT, 15" radio (pre-wired 2-pin)
- Short Course: 8 ft to helmet, 3 ft PTT, 7" radio (5-pin, requires jumper)
- Special Length: 6.5 ft to helmet, 9" PTT, 9" radio (5-pin, requires jumper)
