The XTC Polaris Ranger XP 1000/General Plug & Play TSS Turn Signal System with Horn is the ultimate solution for installing turn signals on your Polaris General or Ranger. Designed specifically for 2019+ models equipped with the Polaris Pulse Busbar, this Plug and Play system makes the installation process easier than ever before.
The TSS (Turn Signal System) includes a relay control box and horn that mount under the hood, as well as turn signal and hazard/horn switches that mount in the dash. This system integrates seamlessly with the OEM taillights of your Polaris Ranger, converting them into fully functional turn signals. For 2019+ Polaris Rangers WITHOUT factory installed ride command, the rear harness with a 4-pin connector (part# TSS-POL-GBU) is included. For Polaris Rangers WITH factory installed Ride Command, the rear harness with an 8-pin connector (part# TSS-POL-RCBU) is provided.
Operating the TSS is simple and convenient. The marine grade rocker switch features laser-cut directional arrows that flash red when activated. Pressing the turn signal rocker switch activates the turn blinker, and returning it to the center position cancels the blinker. The brake light signal passes through the TSS, allowing the opposing brake light to function normally while the activated turn signal brake light flashes.
In addition to the turn signal functionality, this kit also includes a ‘Hazard/Horn’ rocker switch. The top half of the switch activates the hazard lights, while pressing the lower portion activates the included street legal FIAMM horn. A front harness is provided, featuring two Maxxima 3/4″ Amber LED lights that can be easily mounted in each corner by drilling a small hole. If you want to expand your setup, additional lights and a splitter are available for purchase separately.
Unlike our competitors, this Plug and Play TSS kit also includes an auxiliary power out for a license plate light or whip lights. It even comes with a vehicle-specific power connection, making installation a breeze with no wires to cut or crimp. All the necessary components to integrate with your vehicle's OEM brake light harness are included, so simply unplug the rear light harness, plug in ours, and you're all set!
