The Agency Power Polaris RZR XP Turbo Front/Rear Big Brake Kit in Blue is a must-have modification for any RZR owner. With its direct bolt-on installation, balanced brake system, and stunning aesthetics, this brake kit is designed to provide superior stopping power for your high horsepower machine.
Manufactured in the USA in collaboration with a leading performance brake manufacturer, this brake kit is specifically designed for the Polaris RZR. Extensive testing and research went into developing this kit, and the result is a 4 wheel brake system that outperforms the competition.
The 2-piece calipers are constructed with built-in ears for easy mounting to the wheel carrier, eliminating the need for additional brackets and spacers. The assembly is secured using 4 10mm cross bolts for maximum stiffness, ensuring there is no caliper flex under hard pedal pressure. To combat pad knock back, springs are included inside the pistons.
The calipers are internally designed with custom machined piston sizing to provide optimal surface area and balance for both the front and rear calipers. This design allows the vehicle to maintain a perfect squat under hard braking, improving overall control. The hard anodized aluminum pistons are lightweight and ensure maximum clamping force on the rotor.
The brake pads are carefully selected to provide optimal performance and balance for the front and rear of the vehicle. Once properly bed-in, the pads offer excellent performance without excessive squeaking noise.
The 12-inch cast iron brake rotors are vented, slotted, and cross-drilled for improved heat dissipation. Cast iron is chosen for its superior heat dissipation compared to steel, which can cause fluid boil and pedal inconsistencies. Each rotor is designed to fit the factory wheel hub and acts as a pump to cool the brakes while spinning.
Please note that this Big Brake Kit is sold as a 4 wheel system only and requires a minimum 15-inch diameter wheel. For ease of installation, the kit includes front and rear 2-inch aluminum bolt-on spacers, though certain wheels may not require the spacers. The kit comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects, and replacement and consumable parts are available.
