AJK Offroad introduces the Vented Lower Door Inserts for the Polaris Xpedition, providing a unique and standout addition to your SXS. The lower doors feature a three-piece design, consisting of an outside frame, a hexagon mesh, and a back washer plate. The hexagon mesh is available in multiple colors, allowing for customization to suit your preferences.
Designed for easy installation, the Polaris Xpedition Vented Lower Door Inserts bolt directly into the factory doors. To install, you will need to cut an opening in the factory doors, positioning the lower doors in the center and removing the inlay. After cutting the inlay, drill a few holes through the factory doors and use the supplied hardware to securely bolt the AJK Offroad doors in place.
Crafted with precision, the lower doors are CNC laser cut from .0625-inch thick aluminum, ensuring durability and longevity. The frames are powder coated in black, while the hexagon mesh is powder coated in the color of your choice. This two-tone finish adds a distinctive touch to your Polaris Xpedition, setting it apart from other SXS vehicles.
