Description

Assault Industries Polaris RZR Pro XP Mas-223 Phoenix Axle | UTVSource.com

Setting the Bar for Extreme Axles
Your Pro XP puts out a ton of power, and when you put the pedal down, you’ll send your axle temps sky high. If you’re a little off camber, those temps can lead to catastrophic axle failure fast. That’s where Assault Industries' MAS-223 Phoenix Axle comes in. They’re as tough as they come, and their proprietary high-temp grease can handle insane heat fluctuations without breaking down.

  • Proprietary high-temp grease blend for unmatched performance
  • Incredibly high CV angles
  • 4340 chromoly steel construction
  • Increased shaft size

Industry-Leading High-Temp Performance
Assault’s high-temp boot grease is more important than you think. That’s because running at high speeds or high articulation angles causes tons of friction and heat buildup. Your stock grease can’t handle the heat and will break down in these conditions. This can lead to boot failure, CV failure, and catastrophic axle failure. Sand racers, rock crawlers, and trail riders can experience poor performance or busted axles from running normal axle grease. Phoenix Axles use high temp grease that doesn’t break down even when it gets hotter than hell.

Lab-Proven Performance
How good is a Phoenix Axle’s grease? It maxed out the test equipment at 586.5°F without breaking down, and OEM grease started breaking down at 365°F. So keep the needle pinned if you’re running Phoenix Axles—that’s what they’re made for.

Bigger CVs for Higher Articulation
Phoenix Axles are built with bigger CV joints so they can reach higher articulation angles without overheating. So run lifts and offset A-arms at full throttle on your RZR Pro XP without worrying about overheating. These axles are perfect for when your suspension drops through technical rock gardens too.

A Bigger Shaft for Extreme Strength
A premium Pro XP axle wouldn’t be premium if it didn’t increase the axle shaft size too. The bigger shaft and end-to-end chromoly construction ensure that it can survive heavy torque loads and low-talent moments that would wreck other axles.
