The foundation of this rugged suspension upgrade is a proven boxed construction crafted from a premium blend of .115-inch and .135-inch Grade 50 steel. To actively deflect harsh trail debris, the bottom edge features a strategic 45-degree angled face. Inside the arm, a unique 13-inch I-beam structure provides incredible reinforcement from the uniball cup to past the shock mount. CT Race Worx eliminates the weak factory ball joints, replacing them with a top-tier 7/8-inch FK WSSX14T spherical bearing housed inside a custom 4130 chromoly cup. Furthermore, the shock mount utilizes a WSSX12T FK uniball, while the custom heat-treated 17-4 stainless spindle pin maintains perfect factory pivot points. Built-in steering stops protect your CV joints at full turn, and heavy-duty 10mm sealed bungs are pre-machined into the base to easily accept the optional CT Race Worx 3/8-inch UHMW skid plates.
