The CT Race Worx Polaris RZR Pro R / Turbo R Billet Radius Rods are the ultimate suspension upgrade for owners who demand the strongest possible linkage for their high-performance side-by-side. Engineered in the U.S.A., these radius rods are precision-milled from robust 7075 T6 aluminum, a material twice as strong as standard 6061. While many competitors use 6061 for cost savings, CT Race Worx utilizes 7075 for its superior thread strength and "memory" allowing the rods to deflect up to 10% during a direct impact and spring back to their original shape. This is the same aerospace-grade material used in aircraft wings and trophy truck suspension, ensuring maximum structural integrity where the stress is highest.
The lower rods are designed with high-clearance geometry, providing a 1-inch gain in ground clearance at the peak and over 2 inches in other key areas. A substantial 45-degree ramped face on the front edge allows the vehicle to glide over obstacles that would snag factory rods. To ensure unmatched durability, the kit features wide-series FK WSSX12T uniballs and a unique spacer/O-ring system on the frame side to prevent unnecessary movement while allowing for essential deflection.
