Demon Powersports Polaris RZR XP Turbo / Pro R / Turbo R Xtreme Heavy Duty Ball Joint Race Spec (Lower)
The Demon Xtreme Heavy Duty Race Spec Ball Joint is built for serious performance and long-lasting durability. Designed for vehicles with lift kits and oversized tires, it holds up where most others wear out.
Instead of using a snap ring, it features a threaded chromoly body that locks the ball joint securely in place. Made with a 300M stud and a dual heat-treated 4340 chromoly steel body, then finished with zinc plating, it’s tough enough to handle whatever you throw at it.
This ball joint is also adjustable, rebuildable, and greaseable, so it stays smooth and strong mile after mile.

Demon Powersports (About)
Demon Powersports started with a passion for off-roading that’s probably a lot like yours. Demon spawned from our parent company, PDI International, and came about as a result of our love for the outdoors.
The team started developing products that would be applied to their own ATV / UTVs and to allow for easier travelling in all conditions. The idea was to help off-road enthusiasts with their desire to traverse through all terrains, which was the same need we had for better parts.
As the industry grew, so did Demon, it wasn’t just about our own, individual builds anymore, it was about improving parts of the machines that we needed to withstand the elements during a race.
