The DRT Motorsports DRT Kawasaki KRX 1000/4 HD Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kit is the perfect solution for strengthening and adding reliability to your Kawasaki Teryx 1000 KRX/4. This tie rod kit is made of aerospace grade 6061-T6 billet bar stock, making it much stronger than the OEM tie rods. Not only is it stronger, but it is also lighter in weight without sacrificing strength. With this kit, you can ride with confidence knowing that it will clear all suspension and steering components at any point in the steering range, even at full droop or compression.
The Tie Rod Kit works in conjunction with the OEM M16 steering rack and replaces the OEM Rod Ends. It features 3-piece PTFE lined 5/8" Chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint that provides sealing of the OEM bellow and protects the steering rack from the intrusion of water, dirt, and sand. To ensure durability and reliability, DRT uses stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware that provides the required clamping force to keep you on the trail.
