The DRT Motorsports Polaris RZR XP1000/4 HD Billet Aluminum Tie Rod Kit is the perfect upgrade for your Polaris XP Platform (64") 2015-2018 with an M14 Steering Rack. This tie rod kit is designed to add strength and reliability to your powerful machine.
Crafted from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet bar stock, this DRT tie rod kit is not only much stronger than the OEM version, but also lighter in weight without compromising on strength. It is built to clear all components through the entire range of motion, even at full droop or compression. With this tie rod set installed, you can ride with confidence knowing that it will clear all suspension and steering components at any point in the steering range.
The DRT Tie Rod Kit works in conjunction with the OEM M14 steering rack and replaces the OEM Rod Ends. It features 3-piece PTFE lined 5/8" Chromoly rod ends and a proprietary inner ball joint that provides sealing of the OEM bellow, protecting the steering rack from water, dirt, and sand. The tie rods are equipped with DRT spec stainless steel misalignment spacers and class 10.9 hardware to ensure the required clamping force, keeping you secure on the trail.
To add to its durability, the DRT Tie Rods are finished in a Military Grade anodized black coating and are marked with the DRT Motorsports branding, proudly made in the USA.

Please ensure that jam nuts are tightened and installed with tread locker, and inspect them before each ride to ensure everything is tight and secure. Note that these radius rods are Left/Right adjustable for your convenience.
