The EPI Performance Pro Series Drive Belt is an extreme-duty upgrade for a wide range of popular Polaris models, including the Ace 330, 570, and 900, the Ranger 900/XP 900, and the RZR 900/S 900/XP 900. Engineered to be the most advanced, strongest, and longest-lasting belt available, the PRO5020 is designed to handle the high stress, shock loads, and extreme heat generated by aggressive trail riding, mudding, and utility work.
This belt features EPI's proprietary construction, which includes a new high-compression polymer compound that is exceptionally resistant to high CVT temperatures and aging deterioration, ensuring its performance integrity over an extended lifespan. Its backbone is an oversized shielded carbon hybrid cord, which provides unmatched lateral stability and strength. This critical feature virtually eliminates the risk of cord pop-out, a common cause of belt failure under heavy-duty use.
