EPI Performance Polaris Ranger XP 1000 | Xpedition BRT3 HVAC Belt Tool
The BRT3 HVAC Belt Tool is a precision-engineered belt installation tool designed specifically for Polaris Northstar HVAC models that use a serpentine belt to drive the A/C compressor and alternator. These Polaris HVAC systems do not use a belt tensioner, making proper belt installation critical and requiring the correct model-specific HVAC belt tool.
This Polaris HVAC belt installation tool is designed to safely guide and stretch the serpentine belt onto the pulleys without damaging the belt, pulley, or surrounding components. After routing the new belt through the pulleys, the belt is installed onto the tool and placed over the A/C pump pulley. As the tool is rotated, it smoothly guides the belt into position for a correct and secure installation. Complete instructions are included to ensure proper use.
