The 2017-2021 Evolution Powersports Captain's Choice slip on is a cut out style exhaust and is only slightly louder than as the OEM with the cut out valve closed, but with it open, you will hear the 3 cylinder Rotax engine sing!
- The handcrafted, 304 stainless steel muffler has two pathways inside - an electronic exhaust valve controls whether the exhaust has to go through the quiet channel, or the second path which is a straight pipe through the muffler.
- The cutout valve is operated by a plug and play harness with a dash mounted switch.

- No body builds exhaust like we do - Our mufflers are custom-made for each application with construction and packing designed to last the life of your vehicle
- Constructed of the finest TIG welded 304 Stainless Steel
- Two methods for installation - both options come with color matched accessories:
- Keep Rear Valence - Exhaust comes with a water jetted and powder coated aluminum block off plate for the factory exhaust hole. This option also comes with a template for minor side trimming of the OEM rear valence where the exhaust pipes exit the EVO muffler.
- Delete Rear Valence - Exhaust comes with an aluminum heat shield. (Heat Shield can also be custom powder coated by customer)
- Plug and play wiring harness with custom dash mounted switch instead of the wireless key FOB
- First in the industry production electric "Cut Out" Style Exhaust for the Maverick X3
- Up to 6 additional horsepower with the cut out open (depending upon tune)
- Simple installation with detailed instructions included
- Spark arrestors included

All Other EVO Parts (excluding Big Turbo Kits & Electrical): 1 year
Non-EVO 3rd Party Parts: Not Warrantied by Evolution Powersports - Contact Manufacturer
Evolution Powersports' Warranty only applies to original product purchaser.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by images of the entire vehicle from:

The part(s) installed on the vehicle
The issue with the part(s)
Warranty claims without images will not be acceptedTo issue a Warranty Claim, email service@evopowersports.com the above photographs with Customer and Order details.
If the part(s) are damaged and meet the warranty criteria, an RMA number will be issued.
After RMA is issued, Dealer must ship the product to the address provided with the RMA.
Product must be shipped to EVO at Customer's expense.
If parts are damaged in shipping back to EVO, it is up to the customer to contact their shipping company for damage reimbursement.
Once parts are received EVO, at its sole discretion, will determine whether a warranty applies and remedy accordingly.
All warranty periods are determined from the date the product was delivered according to the carrier tracking number. Evolution Powersports bears no responsibility for damage caused to your vehicle by the installation of EVO products. Although we have been careful to supply you with the highest quality parts possible, we assume no liability for damage to vehicle or personal injury from installing or using any of our products.
