• This Receiver mounts in the same location behind the bumper as your permanent winch is designed to mount. 
• You will not be able to have both mounted in this location and you will need to change your winch over to a Receiver mount (see #100620) or get a Multi-Mount kit (see UTV-875). 
• Your other option is to go with the Lower Receiver Mount #105255 if you would like to leave your permanent winch installed.
