L&W Fab Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo Long Travel Kit

Upgrade your RZR XP 1000 or XP Turbo with the L&W Fab Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo Long Travel Kit for a wider and more stable stance. Made of high-quality domestic DOM material, this kit includes forward A-arms that require no drilling for installation. The kit features 1.75” forward front upper and lower A-arms, tie rods with L&W HD rebuildable inner joints, high clearance steel HD trailing arms, high clearance billet aluminum radius rods with adjustable uppers, rear sway bar links, and an extended brake line for the front passenger side. Everything needed for installation is included, except the axles, making it a convenient upgrade for your RZR XP.

Designed to fit 2014-2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 and XP Turbo models, this kit is made to last. The steel parts, such as the A-arms and trailing arms, come powder coated for added durability. Additional powder coating for the radius rods is also available for an extra charge. By swapping out your factory suspension for these heavy-duty components, you gain the ultimate confidence to conquer aggressive terrain without the fear of bending or breaking parts on the trail.

Fitment

Notes

  • Axles: This kit strictly requires Turbo S axles (NOT included)
  • Non-Turbo Models: Naturally aspirated XP 1000 machines must have their front differential changed to accept a Turbo axle
  • Differential Spacing: If you are NOT running an RS1 front diff, you must space your differential 1/8-inch to prevent the axles from hitting the frame.
  • Wheels: You must run a 15-inch wheel, a 5+2 wheel offset, OR utilize a 1-inch wheel spacer for proper clearance
  • Bushings: The included A-arms accept 2017+ style bushings. If you have a 2014-2016 model, you will need to purchase new bushings
  • Incompatibilities: Factory shock mud guards cannot be used with these trailing arms. Front A-arms accept standard ball joints only (Mega Ball Joints will not fit)
  • Finishes: Standard powder coating applies ONLY to the steel parts (A-Arms and Trailing Arms). Radius rods and sway bar links arrive in raw billet aluminum unless an upgrade is explicitly selected

L&W Fab and Machine, Inc. is family owned and operated. It was started in December of 1974 as a tool and die machine shop by Lonnie and Willa Mae Thompson. What started as a small machine shop in the basement of their home has grown into a well established fab and machine shop with over 22000 square foot with capabilities to do most all work in house. Since 2000, brothers Barry and Ricky Thompson have evolved a business that has had to adapt to the changing economy.

We specialize in Pre stressed concrete components including Forms, tools, and specialty devices. The brothers started playing with mud trucks in 2013. What started as a hobby, has grown into L&W Fab being known as one of the top mega truck shops in the southeast. Most of our products have been tested on personal trucks before put into production for sale.

Equipment in house: Cnc Lathe, cnc mill, robotic welders, stud shooters, cnc break press, shear, Laser, cnc plasma, iron workers, roller. We have also since, begun making sxs parts including, tie rods, a arms, radius rods, and more.
