Your Polaris Ranger 900 Diesel is built for hard work, and break time isn’t on the schedule. That’s why you can’t wait for your stock rack to wear out and ruin your handling. Upgrade to SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion. Our X24 tech uses dual bushings to reduce wear by over 50%. When you push your machine hard, RackBoss 2.0 is there to keep you in control.

Dual-Bushing Design

Hard work is hard on your machine. We built RackBoss 2.0 to keep up. Our X24 tech uses durable PTFE bushings on both ends that remove play from the internal gears and tension spring. Eliminating unneeded movement reduces wear and tear. We include a built-in grease fitting for maintenance after a weekend of rough riding in the mud and muck. Altogether, this RackBoss 2.0 easily lasts twice as long as any other rack and pinion.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

Our swaged tube tie rods are tough and light. Their signature flare-out design boosts their strength beyond what the 7/8” diameter tubing could achieve otherwise. They’re made even tougher with our beefed-up tie rod ends. Our heim joint outer tie rod ends use 14 mm rod threads, and our rebuildable inner ball and sockets use 14 mm rod threads along with 16 mm rack threads. They’re as tough as they come.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods

Our solid steel bar tie rods are big, beefy, and guaranteed not to break for a lifetime. They're made with 1" diameter steel bars. And they’re paired with bigger and better tie rods that have 3/4" outer heim joint tie rods. They also use rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. What does all that mean? Your rack’s weakest points are stronger than ever.
