The Steering System You Need

You need a steering system on your Polaris Ranger Full-Size 500 that doesn’t just keep you in control, but also handles difficult terrain day after day without wearing out. The only rack that can do that is SuperATV’s RackBoss 2.0 Rack and Pinion and its X24 Tech dual-bushing construction. It gets rid of the sloppy steering you have with your old stock rack and reduces wear by over 50%. It’ll handle your massive tires and wild rides for years.

Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design

What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop? It’s engineered with X24 Tech—heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods

Our steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but strong. Our swaged design significantly improves the strength of the 7/8” diameter tubing. They feature 16 mm inner ball and sockets along with 14 mm outer tie rod ends to make sure the weak points are as strong as possible. They’re perfect for the casual rider that’s tired of their stock performance.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods

Solid steel bar tie rods give you the robust strength you need to ride through rough terrain. They’re perfect for turning big tires through slop and navigating boulder fields. The 1” diameter steel rod is paired with beefy tie rod ends—3/4” outer tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4” rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. All that strength lets you get wild.
