What is a Dual Idler®?
SuperATV has dedicated years to research and development to create their dual idler gear portals, setting them apart from any other option available. By incorporating a second idler gear within the portal box, the load is distributed over a larger surface area, resulting in more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set obtainable. However, the effectiveness of dual idler gears relies on the perfect mating of each component. SuperATV ensures this precision by utilizing CNC grinding techniques. Furthermore, their gears are constructed from the industry's toughest 9310 steel alloy. Thanks to SuperATV's expertise and commitment to quality, the significance of dual idlers is now realized.
