The Zollinger Racing Products ZRP Can-Am Maverick X3 Billet Alternator Kit is a must-have upgrade for racers and those who run multiple electronic components. Designed to address voltage issues, this kit allows you to power all your electrical components without experiencing low voltage limp modes.
With the OEM stator unable to keep up with the demands of lights, stereos, pumpers, comms, nav, power steering, and ignition, industry-leading racers often find themselves unable to run all their electronic components during a race. The ZRP Can-Am X3 Alternator kit solves this problem by adding an additional 75 AMP to your system, using your factory stator output.
As your stator and other electrical components heat up, the stator produces less power while the components require more. The ZRP alternator kit resolves this issue, ensuring a stable power supply for all your electronics.
This bolt-on kit comes with everything you need, including a billet magneto cover, a 75-amp alternator, billet mounting brackets, billet pulleys, billet belt cover, ARP mounting bolts, and a Gates pulley belt. All alternators are shipped with pre-installed hardware such as an oil seal, shaft, water pump gear and impeller, and cover gasket.
Reuse your water pump cover and gasket, oil pressure sensor, crank position sensor, oil temp sensor, cover bolts (we provide the required bolt and spacer), magneto, and oil filter cap. This kit is specifically designed for Can-Am Maverick X3 Models and comes with all the necessary mounting hardware.
Please note that this kit is intended for racing purposes and should be installed by a qualified shop if you are not confident in completing the installation yourself.
