The Zollinger Racing Products ZRP Polaris RZR Pro XP 7075 Front Double Shear Capped Knuckle Set with Bearings is a high-quality upgrade for your Polaris RZR Pro XP. These front double shear knuckles have been designed and tested to provide superior strength and durability compared to the factory knuckles.
One of the key features of these capped knuckles is the added threaded cap, which significantly increases the press-out strength. Lab tested to withstand an impressive 86,000 lbs, these knuckles offer exceptional performance. In comparison, the factory knuckles can only handle 27,000 lbs. This upgrade ensures that your vehicle can handle the toughest off-road conditions without compromising safety.
It is important to note that these double shear front knuckles are specifically designed to work with standard 7/8 uniballs or rod ends, as well as uniball cups. They are not compatible with standard balljoint a-arms. However, these knuckles feature a stronger double shear tie rod mounting point, making them compatible with aftermarket tie rods that utilize a 5/8” heim on the knuckle side.
The package includes a left and right double shear front knuckle, along with four ARP bolts for secure installation. To ensure proper fitment, eight 7/8 uniball misalignment spacers are included. The four anti-rotate locking caps with screws add an extra layer of stability and security to the knuckles. Additionally, the set includes LH and RH threaded caps, along with a removal/install tool for added convenience. The wheel bearings are already installed and torqued, saving you time and effort during installation.
