The Agency Power Can-Am Maverick X3 Big Brake Kit utilizes a 2-piece cast iron brake rotor that dissipates heat more efficiently than steel rotors. Each rotor is vented, slotted, and cross-drilled, allowing for better heat dissipation and cooling. With a larger diameter rotor, this kit provides increased torque and leverage, resulting in superior braking power.
The brake pads included in this kit have been selected to provide optimal friction for both the front and rear calipers, ensuring a balanced braking system. The front caliper uses the Hawk HP+ N-Compound brake pads, while the rear caliper uses DR1-C ceramic brake pads. Once properly bedded-in, these pads offer exceptional performance without excess noise.
