The Agency Power Polaris RZR XP Turbo Front/Rear Big Brake Kit (Grey) is a must-have modification for all RZR owners. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this brake kit is the best 4 wheel big brake kit available for the Polaris RZR. With extensive testing and engineering, Agency Power has developed a direct bolt-on brake kit that provides a balanced brake system and looks fantastic behind the wheels.
The calipers of the brake kit are constructed with a 2-piece design and built-in ears for easy mounting to the wheel carrier. This eliminates the need for additional brackets and spacers, giving the Agency Power caliper a rigid advantage. The caliper halves are assembled using 4 10mm cross bolts for maximum stiffness, eliminating caliper flex and pad knock back. To further compensate for pad knock back, the calipers include springs inside the pistons.
The internal design of the calipers features custom machined piston sizing that provides an overall surface area comparable to many 6 piston vehicle brakes. This design allows the Polaris RZR to have a perfect squat under hard braking, providing better vehicle control compared to an unbalanced nose dive. The calipers also have hard anodized aluminum pistons that are extremely lightweight, allowing them to move with ease for optimal clamping force on the rotor.
Included in the kit are brake pads that provide optimal performance and balance for the front and rear. These pads are designed for easy replacement and provide amazing performance without excess squeaking noise. The kit also includes special 12-inch cast iron brake rotors that dissipate heat better than steel and have a higher coefficient of friction. The rotors are vented, slotted, and cross-drilled, acting as a pump to cool the brakes down while spinning.
The Agency Power Big Brake Kit is a 4 wheel brake system and includes a complete set of front and rear 2-inch aluminum bolt-on spacers for easy installation. It is important to note that a minimum 15-inch diameter wheel is required, and depending on the offset, most wheels will require a spacer.
