Whether it's the reverse chain snapping or the case cracking, you just can’t count on it in every situation. That’s why we made a RZR Turbo-style reverse transmission tailored for your Polaris General. It’s a massive upgrade with a geared reverse, upgraded pinion and snorkel gears, a reinforced retainer ring, and a sturdier case. Plus, you can get it installed without modifying anything.

Geared Reverse Is 3x Stronger than Stock
Your stock reverse chain sucks. We’ve broken tons of them going backward on easy terrain. That’s why we’ve replaced it with a beefy reverse gear. It’s 3 times stronger than stock and gives you the freedom to use reverse without worrying about blowing up your tranny.

A Pinion and Snorkel Gear That’s 2.5x Stronger than Stock
SuperATV has also strengthened the pinion and snorkel gear set, making them equivalent in size to a RZR Turbo's gear set. This upgrade ensures that they are the toughest gear set available. Additionally, SuperATV includes a 300M output shaft as part of the package, providing riders with the confidence to accelerate with full throttle. With these enhancements, SuperATV guarantees exceptional durability and performance to riders, enabling them to push their vehicles to the limit without hesitation.

Upgraded 6 mm Pinion Bearing Retainer
A tough pinion and snorkel gear don’t do any good without a retainer to hold them in place. That’s why we added 6 mm-thick retainer with a six-bolt pattern. It’s big enough to ensure that your gears always mesh perfectly to reduce failures.

A Bigger, Better Case
SuperATV has further reinforced the strength of their products with an upgraded case design. The case features additional material around the snorkel area, providing enhanced durability in an OEM weak spot. To further bolster strength and promote optimal cooling, SuperATV has also added fins and gussets to the case. This combination of enhancements results in a case that is exceptionally robust, offering strength upon strength to ensure reliable performance even in demanding off-road conditions.

No Turf Mode!
SuperATV's geared reverse option does not include turf mode, which is actually advantageous. The stock turf mode, even when turned off, can be a significant weak point that may result in failures. To address this concern, SuperATV has intentionally designed their geared reverse without turf mode, ensuring improved reliability and durability for riders. By eliminating turf mode, SuperATV offers a more robust solution that enhances the overall performance and longevity of the system.

Choose Your Own Gear Reduction
SuperATV offers a range of torque-boosting gear reductions to cater to diverse needs. Customers can choose from options such as stock gearing, a 12.5% reduction, 25% reduction, and 37.5% reduction. Implementing a gear reduction provides substantial power to accommodate larger tires, making it an excellent choice when paired with portals and lifts. SuperATV's gear reductions are specifically designed to enhance performance and offer increased versatility for riders seeking optimal torque and improved off-road capabilities.
