We are delighted to announce that we've achieved this once more with our Intercooler Kit for the X3!
Our intercooler has been meticulously CAD-designed to optimize flow and cooling capabilities while maintaining compatibility with the factory location and allowing the use of the original top cover. The sleek end tanks and shroud are CNC-cut, ensuring consistent and precise fitment for every intercooler we manufacture. With these components skillfully TIG-welded in-house by some of the industry's finest welders, our intercooler truly stands out in terms of quality and performance.
The Treal Performance intercooler is designed to endure over 55lbs of boost, eliminating concerns of tank separation that can occur with factory counterparts. Our intercooler core features a Bar and Plate construction with dense louvered fins on the ambient air path and dense offset fins on the charge air path, ensuring optimal cooling and performance for engines rated over 450hp. Boasting a core size of 10.25 x 12 x 3.5 inches and 15 rows compared to the stock dimensions of 10 x 10 x 2.25 inches and 13 rows, our intercooler offers a remarkable 91% increase in cubic volume!
Additionally, we've combined a robust 10-inch Spal high-performance fan with our X3 Intercooler, which comes standard in the package. This fan boasts a remarkable flow rating of 1115 CFM, outperforming the Improved 2018 factory intercooler fan by an impressive 365 CFM. The synergy of these two components creates a formidable duo that outshines the competition!
