The Baja Designs Polaris RZR Pro R lighting kits allow consumers to utilize the benefits of race-proven off-road lighting without any significant modifications due to its direct bolt-on application. The lighting kit features a roof kit, hood kit, lower cowl kit, A-pillar kit, and rear chase light utilizing a wide array of the Baja Designs Product offerings.
RZR Pro R Roof Kit
The roof kit’s two powder-coated brackets bolt directly into the factory holes on the roof. It utilizes several options ranging from the Baja Designs 40″ OnX6 and the S8 to the 7XL Linkable. Depending on your model, these lights emit anywhere from 22,050 lumens to 39,000 effective lumens of forward-facing light.
RZR Pro R Hood Kit
On the hood, Baja Designs wanted to develop a light kit similar to their classic shock tower kit on other UTVs. The 10″ Baja Designs S8 included in the kit projects 6,324 lumens and a low amp draw of 4.2 amp. Hood Kits provide everything required, making for an easy installation, and no cutting or drilling is required.

Taking advantage of the empty front space in the front lower fascia, Baja Designs went forward and developed the front facia kit for the Polaris RZR Pro R, utilizing three amber S1 lights. The Baja Designs S1 is the smallest yet brightest light on the market, making 2320 lumens of forward-facing light. Knowing that most of the driving will take place in dusty environments, the kit will come standard with amber lenses to help cut through unwanted dust.
A-Pillar Kit
A classic design and staple for almost any lighting kit, the A-Pillar kit on the Polaris Pro R mount directly to the roll cage, utilizing the factory hardware. The kit comes standard with Baja Designs XL series that allows the consumer to pick the lighting package that is best for their needs. Ranging from the XL Sport at 3,162 lumens to the brightest solution, the XL80 at 9,022 lumens. Baja Designs has also developed an LP4 A-Pillar kit from the legendary LP series that utilizes Baja Designs patented Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT). The IPT’s allow for a 200-degree spread of light.
RZR Pro R RTL Kit

Baja Designs made sure to include the wide variety of RTL lineup for any application the UTV is being used for while providing a major safety upgrade for the Pro R. The RTL and RTL-W kits utilize brake, amber and a white reverse light; however, the standard RTL has two solid ambers, and the RTL-W has one solid amber and one running amber. The last option is the RTL-S which is our RTL with integrated turn signals.
“Each series and pattern of the Baja Designs lights has been selected to complement the factory lights while also complementing additional aftermarket solutions for a perfect blend of light as you build your lighting package.” Said Trent Kirby, CEO of Baja Designs. “Each Pro R kit has been designed for every type of recreational market while also being able to withstand the most grueling races in the world such as the Baja 1000 & King of the Hammers.”
“Baja Designs offers a lighting solution for the Pro-R for any situation it may encounter, as these kits ensure that you will never have to worry about outdriving your lights.” Said Sean Johnson, Mechanical Engineer and Pro R project lead. “All kits require minimal, if any, modification to the vehicle and are very easy to install as they utilize Polaris’ Pulse Bar technology to simplify the wiring process and ensure a factory finish.”
