Super ATV has reinvented the Polaris RZR steering rack with their new RackBoss 2.0. This RZR steering rack is designed to prevent slop because it is engineered with X24 tech - Heavy-Duty PTFE bushing at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. These bushing reduce wear by over 50% from stock while helping stabilize the internal components, keeping the tension spring nearly motionless, and preventing premature failures so the rack does not wear out quickly like the factory Polaris unit.
With little to no unintended internal movement, this SuperATV RackBoss 2.0 steering rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.
